Project Description
In an attempt to streamline the marketing processes for a local company, we did an assessment on the materials that were already established by each brand and measured them against the services that could add value to the business. As a distributor of premium goods across Canada, the company’s primary function was to supply almost 200 retailers with the fashions and trends coming out of the US, UK and Europe. This created an opportunity to market incoming brands for Canada, and establish another layer of support to each retailer. We took this opportunity to reinforce the branding and overall message coming from each brand, in order to establish a consistency from country to country and ensure continuity. Also with today’s technological advancements we evaluated and developed options for E-comm and POS apps.
